Throwback at the first Apprentice Integration Day!
On October 11, IDEA welcomed all its apprentices and interns for a special integration day at the Montoir-de-Bretagne headquarters (Loire-Atlantique, Pays de la Loire) for the first time.
The aim of the day was to encourage discussions between the young recruits, to get to know IDEA's activities and values and to support them in the experience of apprenticeship.
AN INFORMATIVE MORNING
The morning started by a breakfast and coffee time. The morning went on with presentations of IDEA's different jobs and activities. In between the presentations, workshops took place to answer all of their questions: how to use the intranet, HR questions, etc. According to the apprentices and interns, it was a useful and informative morning essential to understand better IDEA's business sectors.
KEEPING THE BEST FOR LAST
At lunch, galettes and crêpes – typical meals of the region – were served. Then, the apprentices and interns headed to Saint-Nazaire for the afternoon's secret activity: a treasure hunt in the streets of Saint-Nazaire. The apprentices appreciated the activity, as much as the presentations in the morning. For many of them, this Integration Day enabled them to meet their colleagues from other sites, to form bonds as well as to discover the city of Saint-Nazaire, which many of them did not know.
This Apprentice Integration Day was a real success!
